In 1980 Nuclearmontaj SA is founded with the main purpose to perform the mechanical erection works for piping and equipment at Nuclear Power Plant Cernavoda (Romania). Starting with Nuclearmontaj SA extends its activity abroad, performing activities of construction and erection in different parts of the world, for various projects, from civil construction to petrochemical plants. Due to the increased demand of specialized manpower for worldwide projects, in 1998 is set up Nuclearmontaj International having as main goal to provide personnel and technical assistance to Clients; during the years the Company proved able to cover the whole categories of staff needed to fully accomplish projects from design stage to commissioning, start-up and maintenance in the fields of: power generation –nuclear and conventional plants , gas plants, refineries, chemical and petrochemical facilities, offshore, industrial constructions. In 2003, Nuclearmontaj Group of Companies joins GROUP ENERGETIC TENDER the first industrial group which activates within various areas from oil products en-gross trade and oil exploitations services to civil construction and transport services.

2007 Nuclearmontaj International along with other five companies, FECNE SA, NUCLEARMONTAJ SA, VULCAN SA, ICSH SA, UPRUC CTR SA becomes a part of Vulcan International GmbH. We are now part of a group with more than 3000 employees.
