Project Control Manager

Location :

- Majority of the experience should be with an EPC Main Contractor or Main Construction Contractor.

Skills:
- Logical sequencing of Construction, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning activities.
- Knowledge of EPC interfaces between Home office (E&P) and site activities.
- Familiar with commodity planning, area planning and system/subsystem planning.
- Able to conceptual overall construction plan.
- Work Flows and Work Front Generation
- Knowledge of project implementation phases & dependencies.
- Knowledge on progress measurement system & methodology
- Knowledge of construction resource requirement with productivity.
- Hands on working experience in Scheduling packages such as Primavera, MS office etc.
- Report writing & compilation
- Good communication & presentation skills
- Analytical abilities for schedule, risk, Invoicing, performance analysis
- Co-ordination skill

Responsability:
- Prepare the detail progress measurement system for construction commodity and construction progress S curves.
- Determine the resource requirements and prepare manpower histogram.
- Progress monitoring on a regular basis and resolve any problems, bottlenecks/scheduling conflicts.
- Review of the status continuously and keep the Construction Manager appraised of the progress and the areas needing attention for schedule adherence
- Provide direction to the subcontractor planning team in formulating overall execution plan which will satisfy the interest of overall project completion.
- Close coordination/ follow up of sub contractor in implementing the work schedule and monitor progress of the work for timely execution of the project.
- Works in close coordination with Area coordinator to ensure that the work progresses as per schedule and follow overall project priority.
- Participates in review meeting with client & sub contractors.
- Develop systems and procedures for site project control functions and as and when there are additional requirements from the client in order to facilitate the monitoring of construction & commissioning works.
