As QA/QC Manager is mainly responsible to coordinates the consortium partners welding inspectors works and in addition to coordinate and perform the following tasks:
- Undersigning the reports of all witnessed tests;
- Supervising all non destructive tests and welding works at site;
- Witnessing welders performance qualification tests and make judgment as per applicable codes and specifications for construction;
- Monitoring that production welds are carried out in conformity and in consistent quality;
- Evaluating and grading each welders performance by periodical examination of radiographs for production welds. Decide on disqualification, retraining or change of classification;
- Supervising welding material control including storage, delivery, retaining;
- Coordinating with Contractor and our supervisors for timing and X ray testing;

He reports to the Quality Manager in Milan and to the Site Manager.
