Politica Firmei in concordanta cu standardele de calitate ISO 9001 S.C. NUCLEARMONTAJ INTERNATIONAL S.A. - organizatie care presteaza servicii de furnizare si management a fortei de munca - este preocupata de cresterea continua a calitatii serviciilor prestate si a satisfactiei clientilor sai cat si de imbunatatirea continua a performantelor sale in domeniul calitatii si al securitatii si sanatatii in munca. In scopul implementarii politicii, noi, S.C. NUCLEARMONTAJ INTERNATIONAL S.A., fundamentam directii referitoare la: 1. Castigarea increderii clientilor, prin indeplinirea in mod sistematic a cerintelor acestora; 2. Conformarea fata de cerintele legale privind securitatea si sanatatea muncii, precum si fata de alte cerinte la care organizatia noastra subscrie; 3. Imbunatatirea continua a calitatii serviciilor oferite; 4. Imbunatatirea performantelor sanatatii si securitatii ocupationale, prin cresterea nivelului de securitate pe care il ofera angajatilor si organizatiilor partenere, protejarea sanatatii angajatilor; 5. Asigurarea masurilor adecvate de tinere sub control a riscurilor profesionale, inclusiv prin consultarea angajatilor pe probleme privind securitatea si sanatatea acestora; 6. Promovarea unui parteneriat pe termen lung cu furnizorii si clientii, orientat catre managementul calitatii si sanatatii si securitatii ocupationale; 7. Promovarea unui dialog deschis si continuu cu clientii, autoritatile publice, organizatiile guvernamentale si alte parti interesate pe probleme de sanatate si securitate ocupationala; 8. Directionarea intregii noastre atentii catre fiecare angajat si nevoile sale de instruire si constientizare privind problemele de realizare a calitatii si de securitate si sanatate a muncii, deoarece fiecare angajat reprezinta cheia succesului nostru. In scopul indeplinirii angajamentelor asumate, conducerea S.C. NUCLEARMONTAJ INTERNATIONAL S.A. a decis implementarea, mentinerea, imbunatatirea, certificarea continua a unui Sistem de Management Integrat – Calitate si Sanatate si Securitate Ocupationala, adecvat domeniului nostru de activitate si scopului organizatiei. Sistemul de Management Integrat a fost proiectat astfel incat sa corespunda naturii si dimensiunilor proceselor noastre, inclusiv impactului asupra naturii si nivelului riscurilor de sanatate si securitate ocupationala. Documentele Sistemului de Management Integrat sustin politica aprobata si sunt conforme cu cerintele standardelor SR EN ISO 9001:2008 si SR OHSAS 18001:2008. Am numit un reprezentant al managementului integrat care are sarcina si toate atributiile necesare de a asigura, prin monitorizarea programului de audit intern, respectarea, mentinerea eficace si la nevoie adaptarea sistemului de management integrat la noile cerinte rezultate din legislatie si normele din domeniu. Ma angajez personal si in numele colegilor din conducerea organizatiei, sa asiguram toate resursele si conditiile necesare, pentru functionarea adecvata a sistemului de management integrat. SEE Oil & Gas conference - 2-nd December 2009
NM International has booked presence to SEE Oil & Gas conference which will be held in Bucharest on 2-nd December 2009 whithin Rin Grand Hotel Bucharest. This event is dedicated for Oil & Gas Professionals involved in South-Eastern Europe region. This conference will develop upon the succes of EastEuro Link in the Energy market! Fears and concerns arising from oil and gas supply issues at the beginning of the year between Russia and the Ukraine have initiated emergency actions from Europe and South Eastern Europe as they rely heavily on external sources for the security of supply of these necessary and essential commodities. The fragility of this supply system has created much concern over the dependency of the SEE on supplies from Russia. The EU is pushing for the development of new forms of energy ecient supplies and renewable energy projects to counteract the fear of relying on outside sources. However, it is quite evident that SEE will still require imported energy in the form of gas, oil, and LNG supplies and that this will require regional co-operation. Projects that are already in progress are being pushed towards completion in order to nd regional energy security. Although security of energy supply is at the forefront of this agenda, it is also extremely essential to keep in mind the regions obligations to comply with international environmental agreements in order to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and nd environmentally sound methods of energy supply. A trans-regional approach to providing oil, gas, and LNG supplies to the SEE is essential.

Our Company NUCLEARMONTAJ INTERNATIONAL SA has proceeded with the process of documentation, implementation and certification of an Integrated Management System, in accordance with: SR EN ISO 9001:2008 -Quality Management Systems. Requirements- and SR OHSAS 18001:2008 -Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems- standards, having as objectives satisfaction of our clients and improvement of the offered services, under the conditions of obtaining a better performance as regards the occupational health and safety.
