The recruitment process varies along the job requirements whether is for Executive position, Engineer or skilled trades. However generally it follows the following steps:

Stage 1

The client company / employer will formally provide us with information about the project which requires our manpower services. This includes the nature of work, profile details, number of positions, qualifications required, experience details, skills wanted, salary range to be offered, if contractual then the duration, the geographical location, and all other required details.

Stage 2

We analyze the inquiry and send back Curriculum Vitae for each position requested. For skilled personnel sending the CV is optional. Client analyzes the sent CVs and we arrange the interviews with the shortlisted candidates in accordance to clients & candidates´ feasibility: in our office or we arrange the candidate travel to client´s office.
For skilled trades, practical testing according to job requirements is done at our own technical departments where all facilities exist. Whenever we have to proceed with the selection & testing of the candidates, we do it with the help of our technical consultant teams.

Stage 3

Once the candidates are through with the selection procedures, the client is informed about every detail & the whole process is adequately documented. Once the final selection is over, the selected candidates are forwarded for medical check-up at the authorized medical centre.

Stage 4

As the candidates are over with their medical formalities, if the job supposes relocation to non-EU countries, we apply for the visa in the respective embassy as authorized by the employer. The employer sends the required documents & remits necessary travelling expenses. We obtain emigration clearance from the concerned Govt. Dept. for the candidates and make the travel arrangements to facilitate the candidate departure.

Stage 5

All the activities follow the contractual lines previously established.
